The Elephant in the Room

As the cost of living crisis hit, TSB found that lots of their customers were struggling to stay on top of their finances. One of the biggest reasons was that Brits find it awkward and scary to talk about money, even to their bank.

WHAT IF money, the elephant in the room, wasn’t a big scary thing but a friendly little pink pachyderm called Tiny. Tiny was voiced by the straight-talking Daisy May Cooper. She told people to get on the blower to TSB and helped business and retail bankers feel more relaxed about managing their money.
