The Stage Awaits

With average tennis fans in their 60s, young people saw Wimbledon as a place for their parents, or even their grandparents. Wimbledon needed to court a younger audience and inspire them to seek out the magic of Centre Court. 

WHAT IF as Centre Court celebrated its 100th birthday, instead of looking back, Wimbledon looked forwards to the next 100 years. In 2022, Wimbledon turned the spotlight onto the young fans and players who are just discovering the Championships.

The TV ad was adapted into posters around Wimbledon illustrated by Mads Berg & Creative Directed by Ethan Kennedy.
